Program: Pennsylvania State Police Trooper, Jessica Tobin, will discuss various problems that may arise in a workplace and how to diffuse them (i.e. disgruntled employees, aggressive customers, and other potentially hostile work situations).

Cost: $15 for members, $20 for non-members
